Getting Started

Welcome to Agrimarket Connect. This guide helps you set up quickly as a Client (buyer) or Producer (seller).

1) Create your account

1. Sign up with your email and phone number.
2. Choose a secure password.
3. If you have a referral code, enter it during registration.

If your email/phone is already in use, registration will fail and you should log in instead.

2) Log in and keep your account secure

• Use your email or phone number + password to log in.
• If you forget your password, use “forgot password” and follow reset instructions.
• Keep your credentials private.

3) Choose your role path

Client path (buy products/services)

1. Complete your client profile.
2. Browse marketplace or retail offers.
3. Place orders and track status.
4. Use support/disputes if needed.

Producer path (sell products/services)

1. Complete producer profile.
2. Wait for producer validation where required.
3. Create and manage offers.
4. Process incoming orders.
5. Use wallet and request withdrawals (OTP may be required).

4) Understand marketplace vs retail

• Marketplace: You buy from independent producers.
• Retail Store: You buy ATI retail offers through dedicated retail checkout.

Coupon eligibility can differ between marketplace and retail channels.

5) First actions checklist

• Verify profile details are complete.
• Add delivery/pickup details before ordering.
