Marketplace Buying Guide (Client)

Use this guide for buying from producers on the marketplace.

Before you order

• Complete your client profile.
• Confirm your delivery/pickup information.
• Check offer details: title, category, unit, quantity, price, delivery availability, and location.

Place an order

1. Choose an offer.
2. Enter quantity and any required details.
3. Apply coupon (if eligible).
4. Submit your order.

Typical order flow

Marketplace orders usually follow this path:

1. Pending validation
2. Confirmed awaiting payment
3. Paid/in preparation
4. In transit
5. Delivered
6. Completed

Some transitions are restricted to client or producer actions.

Payment

• Follow payment instructions shown during checkout/confirmation.
• Payment status may take time depending on external provider/network timing.

Delivery or pickup

• If pickup is selected, keep pickup details and timing.
• If home delivery is selected, ensure your address is accurate and reachable.

Confirm receipt

Only confirm receipt when you have actually received the order.

Cancel or dispute

• Cancellation availability depends on current order status.
• If there is a serious issue, open a dispute and provide clear evidence.

After completion

• Leave a fair rating/review where available.
• Check notifications for updates and receipts.
