The Retail Store covers ATI retail offers and uses rules that may differ from marketplace orders.

What is different from marketplace?

• Retail checkout is specific to retail-designated offers.
• Coupon eligibility is validated by coupon channel (Retail vs Marketplace).
• Fees/order confirmation behavior can differ from marketplace.

How to buy from Retail Store

1. Open retail offers.
2. Select items and quantity.
3. Choose delivery or pickup (pickup may require pickup point selection).
4. Apply coupon (retail-eligible only).
5. Confirm checkout.
6. Buyer pays: subtotal + 4%

Example for a 10,000 XAF cart:

Buyer pays: 10,000 + 4% = 10,000 + 400 = 10,400 Platform commission is always 0
